Refund & Return Policy

Returns

Returns may be accepted under the following circumstances:

Damaged product received
Incorrect product delivered
Product quality issues reported within 48 hours of delivery

Customers must provide photos and order details when requesting a return.
 

Refund Eligibility

Refunds will be processed if:

The product is confirmed damaged or defective.
An incorrect item was delivered.
The order was canceled before shipment.

Non-Refundable Items

Refunds will not be provided for:

Products opened or used after delivery
Change of mind purchases
Products damaged due to improper handling by the customer

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
 

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
